Your first 15 minutes on MyWiFi

What you'll need

  • Your business's address or website URL
  • A WiFi access point or router you plan to connect (any of MyWiFi's 20+ supported vendors, or standard RADIUS/WISPr hardware)

Steps

  1. Right after signup, MyWiFi walks you through a 3-step setup wizard: Location → Device → Campaign. You don't need to figure out where to start — it's presented in order.
  2. Location: search Google Maps for your business, pull details from your website URL, or enter everything manually. See Add a location.
  3. Device: connect your access point or controller. Pick your hardware from the vendor grid — MyWiFi has a named setup guide for most major platforms. See the Router & hardware setup overview.
  4. Campaign: build your first guest-login splash page — pick a layout, add your branding, choose a login method (email, SMS, WhatsApp, social, free WiFi, or paid WiFi).
  5. Save your campaign. At this point you have a location, a device, and a live campaign — the minimum to accept your first guest.

Best practice: don't try to perfect your branding on the first pass. Get a location, device, and basic campaign live first — you can always come back and refine styling, add redirects, or turn on WhatsApp login once the basics work.
