What you'll need
- A domain you control, if you want a fully custom (not MyWiFi-branded) control panel URL
- Access to your DNS provider
Steps
- From the sidebar, go to Branding and find the Custom Domain card for your Control Panel — the admin dashboard you're using right now.
- Enter your custom domain (e.g.
dashboard.yourbrand.com) instead of the default MyWiFi domain. - Create the CNAME record — a DNS record that points your own domain name at MyWiFi's servers — that MyWiFi shows you, at your DNS provider. See Custom domain setup for the full walkthrough, including what "pending" vs. "active" status means.
- Once DNS propagates and MyWiFi activates the domain, your control panel is reachable at your custom domain.
Best practice: this is a white-label feature aimed at resellers and agencies presenting the dashboard under their own brand — most single-location businesses don't need it. See White-label branding overview for the fuller picture.
