Branding overview

What you'll need

  • A campaign in the builder, or your account-level Branding settings (sidebar → Branding) for platform-wide defaults

Steps

  1. Per-campaign branding lives on the Branding tab inside the campaign builder — this is what guests see on your splash page (the branded login page guests see when they join your Wi-Fi). Campaign builder Branding tab, Text Options panel with live preview
  2. Use + Modify Layout to choose your splash page's overall structure (Default, Left Image, Center Image, Split Left, Split Right, Card Center, Minimal Top, Hero Overlay, and more). Choose Layout modal showing available splash-page layouts
  3. Use AI Wizard to auto-fill logo, colors, and fonts from your website in one step (see Create a campaign from a website).
  4. The left sub-menu — Text Options, Logo, Header, Background, Footer, Motion — controls every visual element individually. Branding tab, Logo panel
  5. Account-level branding (sidebar → Branding) sets your platform's white-label defaults — control panel URL and portal URL — so clients see your brand and domain instead of MyWiFi's, separate from any one campaign's look. See Custom control panel URL and Custom social portal URL.

Best practice: pick a layout before fine-tuning colors — layout changes reset some styling choices, so it's wasted work to polish colors on a layout you'll swap out later.
