White-label branding overview

What you'll need

• A white-label reseller or MSP account — white-label means reskinning the dashboard with your own brand, domain, and colors so clients never see MyWiFi

Steps

1. Go to Options to set up how the dashboard looks and reads to your own clients.
2. Upload a logo and favicon, and set your site title, legal company name, and a support link for what your clients see when they need help.
3. Set an auto-logoff time, and customize the sidebar menu's background and text colors (including hover states).
4. Under Brand & Theme, set your accent, primary, and success colors, font family, corner-radius style, default light/dark theme, icon color, and background/body-text/border colors — this is the full design-token set your white-labeled dashboard renders with.
5. There's also a conversion-tracking code field, a Facebook custom-audience field, and unsubscribe-text/GDPR settings for anything client-facing that needs your own branding or compliance copy.
6. Save. Changes apply across your white-labeled dashboard immediately.

Best practice: set your Brand & Theme colors before inviting any clients or sub-users — early impressions of a white-labeled product matter, and it's a much smaller job to get it right once than to rebrand mid-rollout.
