Why do I receive a demo page when visiting my custom social portal?

Anytime you are testing or want to demo your custom domain, you need to do so from a campaign preview.

Your custom social portal URL is set up specifically to brand your campaign links; visiting the URL directly will show the demo page. Apps on the demo page will also not work, because those apps are not mapped to your custom domain.
