What you'll need
- Your business's terms of service / acceptable use text
Steps
- Open the Advanced tab, then General.
- Find Edit/Create a Custom Terms and Conditions and click the edit icon.
- Paste or write your terms in the editor that opens.
- Save — guests will see a link to these terms at login.
How it works
Terms and Conditions are separate from opt-in consent (the guest's explicit marketing-consent checkbox captured at login) — see About compliance and consent. Terms cover what a guest agrees to by using your network at all; opt-in consent is specifically about marketing. If you've also turned on opt-in consent, guests must accept both to complete login.
Best practice: keep terms specific to guest Wi-Fi use (acceptable use, liability, data handling) rather than reusing a generic corporate ToS — see What is the guest WiFi terms of service and privacy policy? for what to include.
