Why are platform emails not sent from my own domain?

What you'll need

  • A white-label reseller or MSP account

Steps

  1. By default, platform emails (guest receipts, notifications, and automated sends) go out from MyWiFi's own sending domain — this is automatic infrastructure with no setup step on your account.
  2. If you want emails to send from your own domain instead, connect your own SendGrid account with your own verified sending domain — see Connect your own SendGrid account. Once connected, choose it as the sender for your automations.
  3. There's no one-click, MyWiFi-managed way to authenticate a custom domain without your own SendGrid account — bringing your own SendGrid account is the supported path today.
