Find your device's MAC address

What you'll need

  • A device already added to MyWiFi

Steps

  1. Go to Devices and click Edit Device on the device you need.
  2. The Info tab shows the MAC address MyWiFi has on file for that device, alongside its NASID, model type, and location.
  3. This is the MAC address as MyWiFi recorded it when the device was added — if it doesn't match what's printed on the physical hardware, double-check you added the correct device, or contact support rather than trying to edit it yourself (most accounts can't edit a device's MAC address directly).

Best practice: if you're troubleshooting a "device not connecting" issue, compare the MAC address here against what your hardware's own admin console reports — a mismatch is one of the most common root causes.
