Steps

1. Start signup from the pricing page or your invite link.
2. If you're not sure which plan fits, take the short Plan-Fit Advisor quiz — it asks how many locations you manage and whether you need advanced analytics, then recommends a plan. You can skip it and choose a plan manually at any point.
3. Complete checkout through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure form — MyWiFi never sees or stores your card number.
4. Stripe Link is supported, so returning Stripe users can check out with a saved payment method in one click instead of retyping card details.
5. After checkout completes, your account is created with your chosen plan active and your included monthly Credit Wallet credits already granted (the Credit Wallet is your prepaid balance for metered sends: SMS, WhatsApp, email, AI).

Best practice: if you're between two plans, use the Plan-Fit Advisor rather than guessing — it's a 30-second quiz and it's easier to start on the right plan than to switch later.
