Analytics & Reports overview

What you'll need

  • Access to the Reports page

Steps

  1. Go to Reports. Filter by client/location and date range at the top, and choose a report template from the dropdown to change which widgets are shown.
  2. The default view shows a wide set of widgets: total guests, revenue per user, average session time, guest breakdowns by device/OS/browser/manufacturer, guest countries, new vs. returning guests, login time and location, top locations and top campaigns, email domains, gender, presence heatmaps, and automation-event activity — not every widget applies to every account, depending on what's configured.
  3. Trend charts (like the visitor trends graph) show a previous period comparison line alongside the current period, so you can see growth or decline at a glance rather than just an absolute number.
  4. Use the bell icon on this page to manage threshold alerts — see Set up threshold alerts.

Best practice: pick a date range that matches how you actually make decisions — week-over-week for day-to-day marketing, month-over-month for reporting to a client or owner — the previous-period comparison line is most useful when the two periods are genuinely comparable in length.
