Schedule a report

What you'll need

  • The scheduled-reports feature on your plan (not available on the basic plan)
  • Recipient email addresses

Steps

  1. From Reports, start a new scheduled report. It's a 4-step wizard: Details, Schedule, Email, Location.
  2. Details: choose a report template — you pick a pre-built template rather than hand-selecting individual metrics — and give the scheduled report a name.
  3. Schedule: choose how often it sends — Daily, a specific Day of the Week, or a specific Date of the Month — and set the date range the report itself should cover.
  4. Email: write a subject line and add every recipient email address who should get it.
  5. Location: choose which locations the report covers (every location is selected by default — narrow it if you only want one site).
  6. Save. The report generates as a PDF and emails automatically on the schedule you set — you don't need to be logged in or manually run it.

Best practice: match the report's date range to its send frequency — a report scheduled Daily but covering a 30-day window will feel repetitive; align the two so each email tells recipients something new.
