What you'll need
- Nothing
Steps
- Check your image's file size and format first — the Branding tab's Logo and Background uploaders accept common formats (PNG, JPG, SVG for logos) up to a defined size limit, and an oversized file is the most common cause of a silent upload failure with no error message.
- Try a smaller or re-exported version of the same image — most upload failures resolve once the file is compressed or resized.
- Make sure you're using the right uploader — Logo and Background are separate items in the Branding tab's left sub-menu, and uploading to the wrong one can look like nothing happened.
- If the upload still fails after that, check your browser's developer console for a network error and contact support with that detail so they can trace the failed request.
Best practice: SVG logos scale cleanly across every layout and screen size — prefer them over PNG/JPG when your logo source allows it. If you don't have a logo file at all, the AI Wizard can pull one automatically from your website — see Branding overview.
