The WhatsApp redirect option will redirect users to WhatsApp and provide you a means to communicate with them using the WhatsApp messaging service.
- Active subscription with WhatsApp.
- Active MyWiFi subscription.
- A location with an associated campaign.
- Select Campaigns from the main menu.
- Click Edit Campaign.
- Select the Redirect tab.
- Toggle on Redirect Options.
- Select WhatsApp.
- Provide your WhatsApp phone number.
Include your country code.
Create a Message.
This message will be displayed to the guest on redirect within WhatsApp.
- Adjust the Redirect Time/Duration.
- Click Save Campaign.
- Guest connects to WiFi and logs in with social media.
- Once connected, the guest is redirected to WhatsApp.
- Your message is pre-populated so the guest can start a conversation with you or your business directly.
