WhatsApp redirect

The WhatsApp redirect option will redirect users to WhatsApp and provide you a means to communicate with them using the WhatsApp messaging service.

Required:

  • Active subscription with WhatsApp.
  • Active MyWiFi subscription.
  • A location with an associated campaign.

WhatsApp redirect

  1. Select Campaigns from the main menu.

  2. Click Edit Campaign.

  3. Select the Redirect tab.

  4. Toggle on Redirect Options.

  5. Select WhatsApp.

  6. Provide your WhatsApp phone number.
    Include your country code.
    Create a Message.
    This message will be displayed to the guest on redirect within WhatsApp.

  7. Adjust the Redirect Time/Duration.

  8. Click Save Campaign.

User Experience

  1. Guest connects to WiFi and logs in with social media.
  2. Once connected, the guest is redirected to WhatsApp.
  3. Your message is pre-populated so the guest can start a conversation with you or your business directly.
