Top up your Credit Wallet

What you'll need

  • A Stripe-billed account with an active subscription (top-ups require an active subscription — they're not available before you've completed signup billing)
  • A saved payment method for a smooth checkout (you can also add one during the top-up)

Steps

  1. Go to Account SettingsBilling (/user/editprofile#billing) and find Get More Credits.
  2. Choose a top-up amount: $10, $25, or $50 (no bonus), $100 (+5% bonus), or $250 (+10% bonus). Exact amounts and bonuses shown on screen are authoritative if this list ever changes.
  3. Clicking an amount opens Stripe Checkout to complete the purchase.
  4. Once payment completes, your balance updates and a confirmation banner ("Credits added — your balance is updated") appears.

If a top-up fails, you'll see a specific reason and a next step — either a link to update your payment method, a retry button, or a contact-support link, rather than a generic error.

Best practice: the $250 top-up carries the largest bonus (+10%) — if you're going to need that much credit eventually anyway, buying it in one $250 top-up stretches further than several smaller ones.
