What you'll need
- A GetResponse or iContact account
- Access to the Automations/Integrations section of your MyWiFi account
Steps
- MyWiFi doesn't have its own built-in "autoresponder" feature — if you're looking for multi-step automated sequences, that's Journey Builder.
- What MyWiFi does support is connecting your existing GetResponse or iContact account under Integrations, so your guest data can flow into email marketing lists you've already built in those tools.
- Once connected, MyWiFi can list the autoresponder campaigns/sequences already set up in your GetResponse or iContact account, so you can choose which one new guest logins feed into.
- Any actual autoresponder logic (send timing, message content, list branching) is configured inside GetResponse or iContact itself — MyWiFi's role is capturing the guest and handing them off, not running the sequence.
Best practice: if you're starting fresh and don't already have a GetResponse or iContact account, build your sequence in Journey Builder instead — it keeps everything, from trigger to message content, inside MyWiFi.
