Connect GetResponse or iContact autoresponders

What you'll need

  • A GetResponse or iContact account
  • Access to the Automations/Integrations section of your MyWiFi account

Steps

  1. MyWiFi doesn't have its own built-in "autoresponder" feature — if you're looking for multi-step automated sequences, that's Journey Builder.
  2. What MyWiFi does support is connecting your existing GetResponse or iContact account under Integrations, so your guest data can flow into email marketing lists you've already built in those tools.
  3. Once connected, MyWiFi can list the autoresponder campaigns/sequences already set up in your GetResponse or iContact account, so you can choose which one new guest logins feed into.
  4. Any actual autoresponder logic (send timing, message content, list branching) is configured inside GetResponse or iContact itself — MyWiFi's role is capturing the guest and handing them off, not running the sequence.

Best practice: if you're starting fresh and don't already have a GetResponse or iContact account, build your sequence in Journey Builder instead — it keeps everything, from trigger to message content, inside MyWiFi.
