Connect a loyalty provider

What you'll need

  • An account with one of the supported loyalty providers: PunchCards, Square, ManyChat, or HubSpot
  • Access to the Integrations/Apps section of your MyWiFi account

Steps

  1. MyWiFi doesn't run its own points-and-rewards loyalty program — instead, it connects to a loyalty provider you already use (or sign up for separately), so your guest WiFi data feeds into the loyalty system that actually issues points, punches, or rewards.
  2. Go to Apps (Integrations) and find the Loyalty category.
  3. Choose your provider — PunchCards, Square, ManyChat, or HubSpot — and enter its credentials: an API key for PunchCards/ManyChat/HubSpot, or an application ID and access token for Square.
  4. Save the connection. From here, guest activity captured by MyWiFi can be handed off to your loyalty provider — the punch tracking, points balance, and redemption experience itself lives entirely in that provider's own app, not in MyWiFi.

Best practice: if you don't already use one of these four providers and want a simple loyalty program, PunchCards is the lightest-weight of the four to set up from scratch.
