What you'll need
- An account with one of the supported loyalty providers: PunchCards, Square, ManyChat, or HubSpot
- Access to the Integrations/Apps section of your MyWiFi account
Steps
- MyWiFi doesn't run its own points-and-rewards loyalty program — instead, it connects to a loyalty provider you already use (or sign up for separately), so your guest WiFi data feeds into the loyalty system that actually issues points, punches, or rewards.
- Go to Apps (Integrations) and find the Loyalty category.
- Choose your provider — PunchCards, Square, ManyChat, or HubSpot — and enter its credentials: an API key for PunchCards/ManyChat/HubSpot, or an application ID and access token for Square.
- Save the connection. From here, guest activity captured by MyWiFi can be handed off to your loyalty provider — the punch tracking, points balance, and redemption experience itself lives entirely in that provider's own app, not in MyWiFi.
Best practice: if you don't already use one of these four providers and want a simple loyalty program, PunchCards is the lightest-weight of the four to set up from scratch.
