What you'll need
- An account with the app you want to connect
- Access to the Apps page
Steps
- Go to Apps to see every app category MyWiFi can connect to: Auto Responder (ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, iContact, Klaviyo, MailChimp, SendReach), Email Services (SendGrid, Gmail, generic SMTP), CRM (InfusionSoft, Ontraport — Salesforce is temporarily closed to new connections while its login method is upgraded), Loyalty (see Connect a loyalty provider), E-Commerce (Shopify), Payment Gateway (Authorize.Net, Stripe), Text SMS (Twilio, 2Factor), Reviews (Grade.us, TripAdvisor, GatherUp), and Advertising (AdButler, Facebook Pixel, Samba Ads).
- Each app is its own connection — click it, enter the credentials it asks for (usually an API key, sometimes a full OAuth login), and save.
- If the app you want isn't in the list, check the Others category — it includes generic Webhooks and generic OAuth connections, which work as an escape hatch for anything not natively supported. See Webhooks & API overview.
- Once connected, the app appears wherever it's relevant — for example, an Email Services connection becomes available as a sender.
Best practice: connect only the apps you're actively using — an unused, disconnected-feeling integration is a common source of "why isn't data showing up" support questions later.
