Grant a team member location access

What you'll need

• A teammate already added under Multi Admin (see Invite a team member)
• The location you want to grant them access to

Steps

1. First, make sure the location has a Client attached. If it doesn't, the location's Settings screen will tell you to create one before you can manage access rights for it.
2. Go to that location's Settings and open the Sub-Users tab.
3. Add your teammate and set their access level for this specific location.
4. Save. Your teammate now has access scoped to this location, separate from whatever account-wide access they got under Multi Admin.

This is a two-step process across two different screens — inviting someone under Multi Admin does not by itself scope them to one location; that scoping only happens here, per location, once a Client is attached.

Best practice: if a teammate should only ever touch one site, don't give them full Multi Admin access — invite them as Read Only there (or account access sized to what they actually need) and rely on this per-location grant for the specifics.
