Manage multiple locations

What you'll need

  • More than one location (each one a physical venue in MyWiFi, with its own devices, campaigns, and guest data) on your account

Steps

  1. On Reports or Settings pages, use the location switcher at the top to jump between your locations — this is how you move around a multi-site account, rather than a single all-locations table.
  2. From a location's own Settings, open Edit Location to update its name, address, revenue-per-user, and time zone. Time zone is set per-location here — there's no account-level timezone setting.
  3. The same Settings area has a GDPR compliance toggle and session settings specific to that location.
  4. If the location has a Client attached, a Sub-Users tab appears here too — that's where you grant a specific teammate access to just this location. See Grant a team member location access.

Best practice: if you manage locations in different time zones, double-check each location's own Edit Location screen rather than assuming one account-wide setting applies everywhere — it doesn't.
