Why am I receiving the error "Make sure your CNAME is pointed correctly"?

Before submitting your custom dashboard URL and your custom social portal URL, make sure that they are pointed correctly. You can find the correct URL for each CNAME record above the URL field.

Note that these are not the same domain; make sure that each URL is pointed to the correct domain.
