Yes — every guest connection is tracked automatically, and you don't need to turn anything on to start seeing the numbers.
What you'll need
- Nothing — connection tracking runs by default on every campaign and location
Steps
- Open Analytics in the main sidebar for connection counts, trends, and comparisons across every campaign and location on your account.
- Filter by client/location and date range, then pick a report template — the visitor trends widget plots a previous-period comparison line so you can tell at a glance whether connections are growing or shrinking.
- To see one location's activity on its own — a location is one physical venue in MyWiFi, with its own devices, campaigns, and guest data — open that location's Location dashboard instead. Its KPI strip shows visits, unique guests, and new sign-ups with a month-over-month change, and a table further down lists guests who are online right now.
Best practice: match the tool to the question. If a client asks "is anyone connected right now?", check the Location dashboard's real-time count. If they ask "how did this month compare to last?", pull the trend from Analytics instead.
