How do I change my plan?

There may come a time when you will want to change your subscription plan. Here's how you can do it -- at any time!

Required:

  • Active subscription with MyWiFi

Account overview

  1. Click your profile menu.mceclip1.png
  2. Select My Account.

  3. Go to the Plan tab.mceclip1.png
  4. Select the Plan to which you would like to upgrade or change.

  5. Confirm your selection.

  6. Your new plan will be updated and you will be billed accordingly; we prorate the charges if you change plans in the middle of your billing cycle.
