Edit campaign SSID

What you'll need

• An existing campaign — a splash page plus its login methods, branding, and post-login behavior, reusable across locations

Steps

1. Open the campaign in the builder.
2. The SSID (network name) field is shown at the top of the live preview panel on the right — it displays the Wi-Fi network name guests will see when they connect.
3. Editing it here is cosmetic for the preview only — the actual broadcast SSID is set on the device/router itself, not in the campaign builder. See your device's setup guide in Router & Hardware Setup to change the real SSID.

Best practice: keep the SSID shown in your campaign preview in sync with your router's real SSID — a mismatch is confusing for guests who are trying to confirm they're on the right network.
