Create a campaign

What you'll need

  • A MyWiFi account with at least one location — a location is one physical venue in MyWiFi, with its own devices, campaigns, and guest data
  • Your Wi-Fi network's SSID (network name), if you want guests to see it in the builder preview

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, click Campaigns — a campaign is a splash page plus its login methods, branding, and post-login behavior, reusable across locations — then the create action (or + New Campaign if you're starting from the campaign list).
  2. Give your campaign a name in the Campaign Name field at the top of the builder — this is for your reference only, guests never see it. Campaign builder Branding tab with campaign name field and live preview panel
  3. The builder opens on the Branding tab by default. Use + Modify Layout to pick one of the available splash-page layouts — a splash page is the branded login page guests see when they join your Wi-Fi — or AI Wizard to auto-generate branding from your website (see Branding overview).
  4. Work through the tabs left to right — Branding, Login, Thank You, Redirect, Ads, Advanced — each one has its own article in this section if you want the full detail.
  5. Click Save Campaign at any point; the live preview panel on the right always reflects your current unsaved changes so you can check your work before saving.

Best practice: save early and often. The builder does not auto-save, and navigating away with unsaved changes will lose them.
