What you'll need
- A MyWiFi account with at least one location — a location is one physical venue in MyWiFi, with its own devices, campaigns, and guest data
- Your Wi-Fi network's SSID (network name), if you want guests to see it in the builder preview
Steps
- In the sidebar, click Campaigns — a campaign is a splash page plus its login methods, branding, and post-login behavior, reusable across locations — then the create action (or + New Campaign if you're starting from the campaign list).
- Give your campaign a name in the Campaign Name field at the top of the builder — this is for your reference only, guests never see it.
- The builder opens on the Branding tab by default. Use + Modify Layout to pick one of the available splash-page layouts — a splash page is the branded login page guests see when they join your Wi-Fi — or AI Wizard to auto-generate branding from your website (see Branding overview).
- Work through the tabs left to right — Branding, Login, Thank You, Redirect, Ads, Advanced — each one has its own article in this section if you want the full detail.
- Click Save Campaign at any point; the live preview panel on the right always reflects your current unsaved changes so you can check your work before saving.
Best practice: save early and often. The builder does not auto-save, and navigating away with unsaved changes will lose them.
