Why can't I see billing in MSP Overview?

What you'll need

  • A reseller or MSP account

Steps

  1. MSP Overview refers to your MSP Dashboard's client table (see MSP Admin Overview) — the same table listing company name, domains, location counts, devices, contact email, status, created date, and SSO. It's scoped to account and location status, not billing, so it doesn't show a client's plan, MRR (monthly recurring revenue), or billing information.
  2. That level of billing detail is reserved for MyWiFi staff and isn't surfaced to reseller/MSP accounts today — the table is built for operational triage (spotting account and location status issues that need action), not financial reporting, so there's no billing column to find here.
  3. To check what plan a specific client is on, open that client's own account/billing settings directly rather than looking for it in the overview table.
  4. If you bill your own clients through Stripe Connect, that sub-billing is tracked separately from what MyWiFi itself charges the client's account.

Best practice: if you regularly need a plan/MRR rollup across your clients for your own reporting, keep it in your own spreadsheet or CRM for now rather than expecting to find it in MSP Overview — that view isn't built for it today.
