What you'll need
- A client you want to remove
Steps
- From the Clients list, open the delete option on the client you want to remove and confirm — you'll be asked to confirm before anything happens.
- Unlike locations and devices, deleting a client is a real delete of that client record, not just an inactive/archived flag.
- Deleting a client also removes its associated app connections, campaign assignments, and location assignments, and any sub-user access tied to it. Those go with the client — they aren't kept around separately.
- What isn't affected: the locations, campaigns, and devices themselves stay in your account — only their connection to that specific client is removed, not the underlying records.
Best practice: double-check you have the right client before deleting — because the associated access records are removed along with it, this isn't as easily undone as deleting a location or a device.
