What you'll need
- Access to the Contacts page
Steps
- From Contacts, click any guest to open their profile.
- The header shows the guest's login method (how they signed in), their online/offline status, a "returning guest" badge if applicable, a "blocked" badge if you've blocked them, their email, and a button to copy their MAC address (the unique hardware ID of the guest's device).
- A KPI row summarizes their visits, total usage time, total bandwidth, and session count.
- Four tabs give you the full picture: Activity (a timeline of what they've done), Details, Connection (network and device facts), and Visits (a full session-history table showing exactly when they connected and for how long).
- The side rail shows an engagement score, the source campaign that brought this guest in (a campaign is a splash page plus its login methods, branding, and post-login behavior, reusable across locations), and lets you add the guest to a saved contact list.
Best practice: the Visits tab is the fastest way to confirm a guest's report of a connectivity issue actually happened, and when — check it before assuming a support ticket is accurate or inaccurate.
