Contacts overview and filters

What you'll need

  • Access to the Contacts page

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts to see every guest who's logged into your network, with columns for their profile, return-visit count, device, operating system, last login, session duration, and data uploaded/downloaded. Contacts table with the full filter row — locations, status, login method, device, OS, gender, visit count, date range — plus the Export action and sortable visit/session/bandwidth columns
  2. Each row also shows an online/offline status dot, the social network they logged in with plus their email, and whether they're opted in or opted out of marketing.
  3. Use the search box to find a guest by name or email, or use the location dropdown to scope the list to a single location.
  4. Open the filter panel to narrow the list by device type, gender, social login method, status, operating system, or visit type (new vs. returning). Applied filters show as removable chips above the table.
  5. Click any guest row to open their full profile — see View a guest profile.

Best practice: filter by visit type before building a re-engagement journey (a multi-step automated sequence of messages, delays, and branches that runs per guest) — "new" guests and "returning" guests usually need different messaging, and a saved list (see Save and export a contact list) makes that filter reusable.
