View ad reports

Ad Reports show how the ads in your zones performed over a date range you choose, for each campaign (a splash page plus its login methods, branding, and post-login behavior, reusable across locations) the zone is assigned to.

What you'll need

  • A legacy or enterprise plan
  • At least one ad zone assigned and live on a campaign

Steps

  1. Go to Ads Manager > Reports to see how the ads running in your zones have performed.
  2. Choose the date range you want to evaluate — reports are scoped to that period only, so pick a window that matches what you're comparing (a single week, a full month, or a campaign's whole run).

How it works

A zone only produces report data once it's assigned to a live campaign — if a zone shows nothing, confirm it's assigned and enabled first (see Create an ad zone). MyWiFi's ad platform is still being expanded in stages, and full revenue reporting isn't broadly available on every account yet — check with your account team before using these numbers in a revenue conversation with a client.

Best practice: compare the same date range across zones or campaigns rather than looking at a single number in isolation — ad performance varies a lot by location and time of year, so a single snapshot rarely tells you much on its own.
