What you'll need
- A tracking snippet from an analytics or pixel provider (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
Steps
- Open the Advanced tab and look for the tracking code field under Other.
- Paste your tracking snippet exactly as provided by the analytics platform.
- Save your campaign.
- Verify the tag is firing using your analytics provider's own debug/preview tool.
How it works
Tracking code runs quietly in the background — it doesn't change what guests see, it just reports back to your analytics or ad platform when they log in. This is what makes a retargeting pixel (a tracking snippet that lets an ad platform later show ads to guests who logged in) possible: fire the pixel here, and that ad platform can then target everyone who's connected to this campaign. If you need the tag to fire specifically on the post-login page rather than at login, use Add HTML on the Thank You tab instead (see Add custom HTML code to your campaign).
Best practice: test tracking codes on a duplicate campaign first (see Duplicate a campaign) — a broken snippet can silently fail to load without breaking the guest experience, so you won't notice unless you check.
