Add us to your whitelist
Since some email providers can be overly zealous with their spam filters and mark our messages as spam, you should add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book -- also known as whitelisting.
Check your email inbox to find out if you have received an email from us; in some cases, our emails may have been mistakenly sent to your spam folder.
If you haven't seen any messages from us, please open your spam folder - if you find an email from us, open it and mark it as Not Spam.

If your client or filter isn't listed here, check their support articles for help adding to your whitelist. You can also try adding us as a contact or adding us to your address book.
