Analytics overview

View aggregated guest data

In the main menu, you'll find Analytics – there, you can view and manage all the data you have collected from your contacts in an easily-understood way with charts and graphs -- as well as export that data.

The Analytics section of your dashboard will begin on the Essentials tab, showing you at a quick glance the most commonly sought-after data points.

Analytics data overview

You can filter the data by client or location, and can create custom reports -- this can help you return to those reports later or schedule them to be automatically sent to you or your clients!

Use the Date Selection menu to change the date range of your data from a list of standard time frames, or choose a custom date range.

Use the tabs to navigate between different sections of the report; each tab has different data and information.

Click the view toggle to switch between a visual graph view and a detailed table view for each data point.

Essentials

The Essentials tab has the most important information for you and your clients: information on login types and times, whether your guests are new or returning, and your best-performing locations and campaigns.

It includes:

Guests - Login Types: THow many guests used each login method.

Total Guests: The total number of guests during the selected time frame. 

Guests - New/Returning: How many guests connected for the first time vs reconnecting.

Guests - Top Locations: Which locations had the highest numbers of connected guests.

Guests - Top Campaigns: Which campaigns had the highest numbers of connected guests.

Guests - Visitor Trend: What days had the highest numbers of visitors.

Guest Usage Stats: The number of returning and new visitors per day.

Location

The Location tab shows a heatmap of your locations and information on your devices.

This includes:

Guests - Login Location: A heatmap showing the locations of your guests.

Online Devices By Manufacturer: How many devices by each manufacturer are currently online.

Online Devices By Model: How many devices by each model are currently online.

Router Online Offline: How many devices are currently online vs offline.

Demographics

The Demographics tab includes data on your guests' gender, as well as information about their email domains, session time, and bandwidth usage.

This includes:

Guests - Email Domains: The number of guests that use each email domain.

Guests - Gender: The breakdown of your guests' gender, if collected at login.

Device OS: The devices' OS used by your guests.

Device Browser: The browser used by your guests' devices.

Guest by Device OS: The breakdown of your guests by device OS.

Guest by Device Browser: The breakdown of your guests by device browser.

Guest by Device Type: The breakdown of your guests by device type (laptop, tablet, or mobile).

Guest by Device Manufacturer: The breakdown of your guests by device manufacturer.

Guest Countries: The breakdown of your guests by country.

Extended

The Extended tab shows more visitor trends.

This includes:

Guests - Logins/ (Hour of Day): Guest logins, broken down by login method.

Location Revenue Total: This uses the Revenue per user amount found in your location settings to calculate the revenue total.

Location Revenue per User: This uses the Revenue per user amount found in your location settings to calculate the revenue per user, by location.

Average Session Time: Shows the average session time of your guests.

Total Time Spent: Shows the total time spent at each location.

Average Bandwidth Used: The average bandwidth used, showing both upload and download.

Automations

The Automations tab shows data on your automations, including email events.

This includes:

Automation Events: When automation events have fired, and what their status was.

Email Events: The status of all email events.

Presence analytics data

The Presence tab includes information on passersby, visitors, and connected users.

This includes:

Guests Total Presence: The total numbers of passersby, visitors, and connected users.

Guests Presence Weekly Active: The total numbers of passersby, visitors, and connected users by day of the week.

Guests Presence Daily Activity: The total numbers of passersby, visitors, and connected users by day.

Guests Presence Daily Activity Heatmap: A heatmap of when guests are nearby your device, by day and hour.

Guests Presence Weekday Activity Heatmap: A heatmap of when guests are nearby your device, by day of the week and hour.
