Cisco Meraki presence analytics integration

Your Cisco Meraki access points and controller can communicate presence and proximity data to your MyWiFi dashboard with a few quick steps.

Find Cisco Meraki validator

1. Log in to your Cisco Meraki cloud controller dashboard.
2. Select Network-wide.
3. Select General.
   (Configuration)
   
4. Scroll down to the Location and scanning section.
5. Copy the Validator key.
   

Enable presence analytics in MyWiFi

1. Log in to your MyWifi dashboard.
   
2. Select Devices from the main menu.
   
3. Click Edit Device.
4. Select the Presence tab.
5. Click the toggle Enable Presence Reporting.
6. Paste the validator key you copied above into the Validator field and click Update.
   
7. Copy the Endpoint URL and Secret keys on this page and click Update.
   

Cisco Meraki - Post URL Setup

1. Navigate back to your Cisco Meraki dashboard.
2. Return to Network-wide > General > Location and scanning.
3. Click on Add a Post URL.
   
4. Paste the Endpoint URL you saved earlier into your Post URL field.
5. Paste the Secret key you saved earlier in your Secret field.
6. Click Validate. 
7. You will receive a confirmation message.
8. Click Save.
