What you'll need
- A campaign in the builder
Steps
- Open the Advanced tab and find Default Language under General.
- Set your Default Language from the dropdown — this is the language your splash page loads in by default.
- Toggle on Show Language Bar to let guests switch languages themselves on the splash page (the branded login page guests see when they connect).
- Save your campaign.
How it works
Default Language and the language bar are two separate controls: the default is what loads for every guest, and the bar hands guests the choice to switch. Both live in the Advanced tab's General section alongside other campaign-wide settings like terms and conditions and country code — see Advanced campaign settings for the full list.
Best practice: set the default language to match your primary local audience, and only enable the language bar if you regularly serve guests in more than one language — it adds a small amount of visual clutter otherwise. Hotels, airports, and venues in tourist-heavy areas are the clearest candidates for turning it on.
