Exporting guest data

Once you have successfully set up a campaign, added a device, created a location, and gone live, you'll begin capturing data that can be viewed and exported. Exporting your guest data is the first step towards analyzing the performance of your social WiFi.

Data points can be exported to PDF and CSV.

Exporting your analytics data

1. Select Locations from the main menu.
   
2. Find the location that you wish to download the data from.
3. Click the Reports icon.
   

Viewing reports

From here, you can download data regarding social logins, visits and aggregated revenue. You can download the information displayed on your screen with the download button on the right.

TIP: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets will easily display CSV formatted data.

Change the data format and display

You can change the view and export the data in different formats by selecting the graph or grid buttons for each piece of information.

Download individual data points

Within each section, you can also click the menu icon to download the specific data point as a PDF document or as a CSV file.
