URL blocked error on login

When you log in through your campaign, it's possible to receive this error:

URL Blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not whitelisted in the app's Client OAuth Settings. Make sure Client and Web OAuth Login are on and add all your app domains as Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.

These troubleshooting steps will ensure your guests are able to log in.

Is your CNAME set up?

Please verify that your Custom Social Portal Domain is active and enabled on your Branding page in MyWiFi.

Is your login app up-to-date?

Ensure that your login app settings are updated and point to your custom social portal domain, not mywifi.io or securewifilogin.com.

Find the guide for the login app giving you this error and ensure all steps have been followed.

Is your app live?

Make sure that your app is set to Live and not to In Development.

In particular, the Facebook login app can have this error if your custom social portal domain is not listed as a Valid OAuth Redirect URL.
